Every pay-gap figure we publish is republished from a legally-mandated public disclosure, and each carries a link back to its source. We do not host free-text company reviews, only numbers and official filings.

• UK Gender Pay Gap Service

  Mandatory reports from every UK employer with 250+ staff, public since 2017 (downloadable CSV).

• France: Index Égalité Professionnelle (Égapro)

  Public company gender-equality index scores, published since 2019.

• EU Directive 2023/970

  The Pay Transparency Directive itself: the legal basis for mandatory disclosures and the worker's right to information.

• ESCO occupation taxonomy

  The EU's free, official, 24-language classification of ~3,000 occupations used to normalise job titles.

• National transposition laws

  As each member state transposes the directive, we ingest its official register and link the source.
